Filter your dynamic tables with automations
To configure automations with dynamic tables added to templates, you must have created the template, or have at least permissions to “Edit templates” through a shared template space.

Connect your CRM system to dynamic tables
You can filter elements in dynamic tables so only specific rows are shown in your automatically created contracts, through integration with external CRM systems - Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
Follow these steps to connect your CRM system to template’s dynamic table:
Click on the Automations tab from the main navigation menu.
Click the Create new button to start a new automated workflow.
Select the automation trigger based on your connected CRM system (for example, select Opportunity stage is changed for Salesforce or Deal stage is changed for HubSpot and Pipedrive).
Click the Add action button and select Create a draft.
Map the data fields of your selected template under the Data tab.
Click on the Tables tab to view a list of all dynamic tables available in the template you have selected.

Filter line items in your dynamic tables
If you need to know how to filter dynamic tables, you can apply conditional logic to your CRM line items directly within the automation builder.
Navigate to the Connect data section to connect the line items' source you will use conditionally.
Scroll down to the Show data where section to apply conditions which will filter the items in your dynamic table.
Click the Filter by dropdown menu to pick the specific CRM line item property you want to evaluate.
Select the appropriate operator from the dropdown list (options include Is equal to, Is different than, Is greater than, Is greater than or equal to, Is less than, Is less than or equal to, Is not empty, or Is empty).
Click the Save button, then confirm by clicking Connect.
Add names and line items' input for the table's columns.
Adjust the displayed number or date formatting to fit your regional requirements.
Configure any additional dynamic tables you need to filter in the exact same way.
Click the blue Save button on the automation action when all tables are completely configured.

Execute the automated workflow
Once you filter line items in automations, the system checks your conditions every time the workflow is triggered. To start the automation, you must move the deal or opportunity stage to the one selected in the automation setup directly from your connected CRM system.
When the automation executes, the data from your selected line items is evaluated against your filters. The newly generated contract draft will automatically display only the rows that match your conditions, while hiding the rest. All properties, line items, and conditions can be edited later by reopening and updating your automation settings.
