Automate employee onboarding: Contractbook and Salary integration

Integrate Contractbook with Salary to seamlessly synchronize employment agreements and completely automate your employee onboarding process. By combining these two platforms, you can automatically create new employees in Salary's payroll system - complete with all relevant data - the moment an employment contract is fully signed in Contractbook.

To build automations in integration with external applications that apply to all company contracts or utilize templates from shared template spaces, you must have user permissions to “Manage all contracts” enabled for your account, be the creator, or have shared “Manage templates” permissions in the specific source template space.

Why integrate Contractbook with Salary?

Automating your HR workflows frees you from tedious manual tasks so you can spend your time on more valuable work.

Benefit

How it Works

Eliminate manual entry

Never type an employee's data twice. Automatically pulling data directly from the signed contract saves time and removes the risk of human error.

Instant employee creation

Whenever you sign an employment contract, the integration automatically generates a new employee profile in Salary with all relevant onboarding data fetched from the mapped contract data fields.

Centralized documentation

Keep track of your HR files effortlessly. The integration ensures that all signed employment contracts are automatically imported and attached to the correct employee profile in your Salary company account.

How to manage signed contracts in Salary

Once the integration is active, Salary will display all of your fully signed HR documents under the Contractbook tab within the Integrations menu.

  • Reviewing master data: Click the small icon located to the right of a contract's title. This opens an overview of the employee's master data, which has been automatically extracted from the Contractbook document.

  • Data fields summary: In addition to the standard master data, the system will also fetch and display a summary of all custom Data fields' values added to the employee's contract from Contractbook.

  • Finalizing the employee: Review the fetched data and fill in any missing master details. Once you click save, the contract will disappear from the Contractbook tab overview, and the new employee will be fully created in your Salary system.
