Understanding your plan
We've introduced a more transparent and flexible way to manage your Contractbook subscription, so you only pay more when you get more value. This article walks you through what’s included in your plan, how usage is measured, and how upgrades happen
What counts as usage?
Usage is based on:
Signed contracts: Every fully signed contract counts toward your annual usage.
Users: Each paid user in your company/ user group counts. (viewers are excluded)
Templates: You have a set number of active templates available based on your plan.
Contract limits: Your plan includes a set number of signed contracts. If you send more contracts than that number, you simply move up to the next tier. The more contracts you send, the lower the cost per contract becomes.
Upgrade & renewal
Upgrading If you hit a contract limit mid-subscription:
You’ll need to upgrade to the next tier.
We’ll reach out if you approach your usage limits, so there are no surprises.
Renewals
You’ll renew at the highest tier used in your last term.
Want to downgrade? Let us know before your renewal date.
