Download a contract or draft as a PDF
Whether your document is still a draft, pending signatures, rejected, or fully signed, you can download it as a PDF from Contractbook editor.
Download a draft or contract
Click the Contracts tab from the top main menu.
Click on the specific contract or draft you want to download and open it.
Click the three-dot menu located in the top-right action bar.
Select Download as PDF from the dropdown list.

As a signee, you can download the contract as PDF directly from the final signature confirmation email you receive
Frequently asked questions
Who can download drafts, pending, rejected and signed contracts in my company?
Users with enabled permission to “Manage all contracts” can download all company contracts as a PDF.
Can I download a document if it is shared with me?
Yes. If a draft or contract is shared with you with "View" or any higher permission, you can download it as a PDF.
