Download documents in bulk
Downloading documents in bulk requires specific permissions. To download company documents in bulk, you must have user permissions to “Manage contracts” enabled on your account. To download the documents from a specific contract space, you must be the creator of the space, or have at least “View contracts” shared permission in the source space.
Ensure you have the needed permissions enabled before proceeding, or contact your company administrator for help. Once enabled, follow these steps to download your documents in bulk:
Select and prepare your download
You can select up to 500 documents at once to bundle into a single ZIP file.
Click the Contracts tab from the main navigation menu.
Access to contract view or space destination including the contracts you need to download in a bulk.
Click the checkboxes next to the specific documents you want to export.
Click the Download button that will automatically appear at the top action bar.
Review the top Activity section of the navigation bar to see the progress card displaying Preparing… (N%).
While the ZIP file is loading, you can safely navigate away or refresh the page without interrupting the initiated download process.
Access your prepared ZIP file
Click the Download button next to the Bulk download activity card when the zip file is ready.
This will open the secure link and save the generated zip file to your device.
Review download history and limits
Click the activity tray to view a 7-day history of your Previous downloads.
Note that a prepared ZIP file expires and is deleted after 7 days. If a file shows as Expired, you will need to initiate a new download.
You can only prepare one download at a time. The limits for each company user are a maximum of 5 downloads per 5 minutes, and 50 per 24 hours.
If your selection includes both fully signed, drafts or pending contracts, the system will return a confirmation dialog box letting you know that it will proceed with the downloadable files and skip the rest.
Click on the blue Continue button to proceed with the bulk download.
